SHIPPING POLICY

At k99, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options to meet your needs.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 5–10 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated 2–5 business days.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or severe weather conditions. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours. You can monitor your shipment via the carrier's website.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders shipped outside the United States, k99 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs clearance processing fees, etc.). Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Title to the products and the risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the merchandise to the shipping carrier. However, we value your customer experience. If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@thek99.com so we can assist you in filing a claim or organizing a replacement in accordance with our Refund Policy.
6. Wrong Address
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We process orders quickly, so there is only a short window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@thek99.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
