SHIPPING POLICY

At k99, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options to meet your needs.

- Standard Shipping: Estimated 5–10 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated 2–5 business days.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or severe weather conditions. All delivery times are estimates only. For customers in the EU/EEA or UK, if we fail to deliver within the estimated timeframe, you have statutory cancellation and refund rights as described in Section 6 below.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours. You can monitor your shipment via the carrier's website.

4. Risk of Loss
For orders shipped within the United States, title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the merchandise to the shipping carrier. For orders shipped to the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, risk of loss remains with us until the goods are physically delivered to you (or a person designated by you to receive them), in accordance with Article 20 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost, arrives damaged, or shows signs of tampering, please contact us immediately at support@thek99.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. For orders shipped to the EU/EEA or UK, if goods are lost or damaged before delivery to you, we will offer you the choice of a replacement shipment or a full refund (including any shipping charges paid). For damaged items, we may request photos of the damage to expedite the resolution.

6. Delivery Delays and EU/UK Cancellation Rights
All delivery times listed in this policy are estimates. If we are unable to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe (or within 30 days of your order date, whichever is later), we will notify you and provide a revised delivery date. For customers in the EU/EEA or UK: if we fail to deliver within the revised date, or if the delay exceeds 30 days from your original order date without a revised agreement, you have the statutory right to cancel your order for a full refund (including standard shipping charges), in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

7. International Shipments & Customs
For international orders shipped outside the United States: (a) you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country, which are your sole responsibility; (b) we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing; (c) we recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

8. Wrong Address
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We process orders quickly, so there is only a short window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@thek99.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
